Can’t get past the licensing pop up page

I just downloaded the desktop version and I can’t get past the pop up licensing window. I can’t close it down. There isn’t a link to click to accept anything. I can’t even close the whole program down without going to task manager. HELP – I really need to build a schedule for a project I am working on as a community volunteer. Being a retired project manager, I used MS Project and I have tried some of the other free programs and they just don’t look and work like Project. I have a meeting on Tuesday with the committee for this Veterans Monument and since the rest of the committee has no or limited experience in construction, they don’t understand the implications of shifting things and pushing things out. We have a meeting with the City Commissioners Thursday and I need to get this point across to the committee at our meeting on Tuesday before that presentation.
